Gauge Guard Isolator膜片是TBL公司專門研發用于衛生型壓力表金屬表面與工藝流體之間的衛生屏障，它能夠用于所有品牌的Triclamp表頭。
許多情況下金屬壓力表表盤會暴露在酸、堿、鹽溶液和熱液體中，這樣環境往往會銹蝕表盤而使用非金屬隔膜可有效的保護壓力表。我們可提供三種材料的膜片：鉑金硫化硅膠、三元乙丙橡膠和熱塑彈性體，產品符合美國藥典USP Class VI、美國食品及藥物管理局FDA及各種制藥/生物制藥制造業最嚴格的標準。
鉑金硫化硅膠: -40℃ to 230℃
三元乙丙: -35℃ to 148℃
Cellgyn TPE: -40℃ to 121℃

Application
Our gauge protector gaskets work to maintain a barrier between the metal diaphragms of a sanitary pressure gauge and the process fluid. They are designed to be compatible with sanitary Tri-Clamp pressure gauges.
In many cases, exposure of the metal gauge diaphragm to acids, bases, salt solutions and hot liquids can cause damage to the diaphragm. For this reason, it can be essential to protect the gauge with a non-metallic diaphragm.

Our materials meet the most stringent requirements for pharmaceutical/ bio-pharmaceutical manufacturing. Our platinum-cured silicone, EPDM, and TPE materials meet USP Class VI, FDA and various other requirements.
